EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN BUSINESS (2 DAYS)

The EQ in Business Course, forms the foundation of all the specialised EQ courses. This course provides participants with the basic EQ skills that are relevant to all business relationships.

The EQ in Customer Relations and Customer Service Course builds on the EQ in Business Course.   This course provides all customer relations staff as well as everybody who provides customer service, with the ability to apply EQ skills when dealing with customers.
