Company Profile The Leonard Leadership Group is a team of highly skilled professionally qualified performance development facilitators and registered assessors focusing on the enhancement and development of skills and competencies. The group's approaches ensure that clients' needs are always optimally met. As a 100% Black Owned SME, established in 1988, the group is registered with the Services SETA (SETQAA No 1173) as a provider of education and training. There are three specifically identifiable dimensions to the business. Leadership Development. The Leonard Leadership Group assists clients with assessments (behavioural, psychological) and Leadership and Management Development. The leadership development starts with Self-Management and Intra-Personal Leadership before moving on to the leadership of others and organizational leadership. Interactive Workshops. The Leonard Leadership Group has developed numerous one- and two-day workshops that focus on practical business soft skills. These include stress management, time management, diversity sensitivity, EQ, moral intelligence, communications and team building dynamics. Social Responsibility. NEHEMIAHS is our community development ministry that reaches out to schools, churches and NPO's with workshops geared to their specific needs. Executive Director Prof Basil C Leonard [BComm, MDiv, MPhil (Cum Laude), DTh] is a motivational teacher and sought after public speaker. He has read in the areas of management, accounting, liberal arts, theology, leadership and futures studies. He serves as the Academic Head of the Business School of the University of Stellenbosch (Executive Development) and also facilitates in the areas of leadership, people management, EQ and Moral Intelligence.
